Ward Pest Control provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:

2. Service Area

Our services are provided in Arlington, VA and surrounding Northern Virginia areas including Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean, Vienna, and other communities within our service radius.

3. Scheduling and Access

• • Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
• • Customer must provide reasonable access to treatment areas
• • 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations
• • Emergency services may be available for additional fees
• • Weather conditions may affect outdoor treatments

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• • Provide accurate information about pest problems and property conditions
• • Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• • Ensure safe access to treatment areas
• • Remove or secure pets, food, and personal items as instructed
• • Notify us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect treatment
• • Maintain reasonable sanitation and exclusion measures

5. Payment Terms

• • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• • Returned check fees: $35
• • Service may be suspended for non-payment

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• • General pest control: 90-day guarantee on covered pests
• • Termite treatments: Warranty terms specified in treatment contract
• • Bed bug treatments: 30-day guarantee with follow-up inspection
• • Guarantee void if customer fails to follow post-treatment instructions
• • Re-treatment provided at no charge during guarantee period

7. Limitations of Liability

Ward Pest Control's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

8. Safety and Environmental Considerations

• • Customers must follow all safety instructions
• • Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions

9. Cancellation Policy
